Interested in learning more about Travel Match?

Travel Match matches Trek Travel guests who are interested and available to travel to the same destination in the same date range outside of our regularly scheduled trips and departure dates. We hope that this program will give you the trips you want on the dates you need!

Step 1—The first step is to fill out a submission form. We invite you to provide us with up to 3 travel options per form. Your submission will remain in our program until either a match is made or you delete your submission.

Step 2—Each week we run a query to match guests who share the same schedule and destination requests.

Step 3—Once a match of up to 6 guests or more is identified, we send the guests a match notification to see if they are still interested and available to participate in this trip of a lifetime. To avoid more emails in everyone's' inbox Trek Travel will only contact guests when we've made a match.

Step 4—All interested guests will have a deadline within which to place a deposit and confirm their reservation. With 6 or more confirmed reservations, the trip will be added to the Trek Travel vacation schedule.*

Step 5—All Trek Travel vacations are officially confirmed 60 days prior to the departure date with a minimum of 6 confirmed guests.
