What if I have to change or cancel my trip?
We understand things happen in life and sometimes you have to cancel or change your bike tour. We want to make it as easy as possible to do so and below you will find our timeline. If you ever have a question, just give us a call, 866 464 8735.

Trek Travel highly recommends travel insurance in the event of a medical emergency, lost baggage, or if you need to cancel your trip. Trek Travel has a custom travel insurance package available through Travel Guard. The price of insurance is based on your trip cost. Please contact a Trip Consultant for more details. You may also purchase insurance on your own. The Trek Travel insurance policy is nonrefundable.
*Please note that it is only possible to move to another trip within one year of the original trip departure date.
