First Class Team
I can’t possibly say enough about our experience with the guides! From Katie’s advice about my pedaling on the hills, to Bruno’s patient translation of the menus, to Leanne’s efforts in fitting and tuning my bike, to the attention they gave to even the tiniest details. They were delightful companions, and did so much more than I expected.

Our first class team prepares your vacation from A to Z (they even cross the T).
Our sales crew, management team, trip designers and guides are a close-knit team, hand-picked for their passion for people, their ability to anticipate your needs and, quite frankly, they were picked because they are interesting and fun people to be around. From the moment that you first contact Trek Travel you’ll feel our passion for life, excellence and superior customer service and we are proud to boast a 100% customer satisfaction rating in National Geographic’s Best Travel Companies in the world issue.
So who is the team and what do they do?
Our Sales Crew will help you select the perfect destination, size you to your bike, ensure that each restaurant knows you only eat chocolate for dessert and inform you where you can get some new biking attire. There is no question too small or insignificant for them!
Our Trip Designers and Management Team are the architects who build the framework of your trip. They hire and train our gracious guides, listen to your feedback to design trips perfectly tailored to you, and move our top-of-the-line fleet of Trek bicycles and gear so that you can enjoy a flawless vacation.
The cornerstone of our business is our Guides. They have an intoxicating zest for life. They’re insightful, quirky and, from cartoon color designers and bike couriers to engineers and lawyers, they come from a variety of backgrounds that have shaped their charismatic persona’s.
They are magicians, able to transform from grease to grace. One moment they are wrenching on your bike or appearing exactly when you need a beverage, and the next they are eloquently explaining the intricate history of each hilltop village or confidently pairing your two-star Michelin meal with the perfect local wine. With intimate knowledge of the landscape, they can suggest the best route to match your riding ability. What sets them apart from the rest is their infinitely accommodating, fun and flexible attitude. They live by the motto Your Day, You Decide and will attempt anything to ensure that your trip is your trip of a lifetime.
