PROFESSIONALLY: Ireland. The west has a landscape that is so serenely beautiful and exudes a level of history and culture that books and words couldn’t begin to recount. Oh, and then there is the whiskey!!
PERSONALLY: My trip around the world with my bicycle, way back when. It was a 9-month "Introduction to the World Part 1". A serious eye-opener and an apparently habit-forming experience.
