We want you to be able to visualize your trip before even leaving home. Once you’ve booked your trip we send you a detailed, trip-specific Guest Packet. This document is a window to your holiday, filled with full-scale colored photographs, a complete description of our day-to-day activities and our accommodations. We also include the answers to many of your questions—even those questions you haven’t even had a chance to ponder. What to pack? How to train? We even include a little history on the area and where appropriate, a list of translations!
Trek Travel Gift Everyone likes to get a little special something in the mail, so we send you a Trek Travel Gift along with your Guest Packet. What is it? Mmmm that is a surprise but let’s just say you’ll be sporting quality! It’s just our way to say thank you for traveling with us! Travel Agent We want every aspect of organizing your vacation to be hassle-free; this is why we have a travel agent on hand. For a nominal fee our agent will reserve your flights and book your pre and post trip hotels and activities. Trip Insurance We even offer trip insurance that you may purchase to protect you in case of cancellation, travel interruptions and medical emergencies on your trip (coverage restrictions apply). Email One Week Prior to Your Trip To put any of your last-minute concerns at ease, we send you an email one week prior to your trip that includes the names and phone numbers of your guides. We also remind you of our meeting location, list any final changes and give you other details such as the most current weather conditions. Nothing is left to chance. Social Hour Taking care of the details doesn’t end there but continues throughout your vacation. For example, each guest receives a list with the names of their fellow travelers. On the first evening of your trip, and select evenings thereafter we host a social hour to give everyone a chance to get better acquainted. It’s just another fine point that sets us apart. Connections Club Sadly your week-long vacation must come to an end but our Trek Travel service lives on! After two Trek Travel vacations, you are invited to join our Connections Club.
