Booking your Private Trip is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

Step 1—Give Us Your Details

• Your Posse. Trek Travel can host private groups from 14 to 20 guests on any of our destination itineraries. Just let your Private Trip Consultant know who and how many people are in your group. Is this an incentive trip for your best employees and their partners, or a group of your girlfriends bonded by their love of cooking, seeking to learn something new at our Provencal cooking course?
  
  

• Your Place. Where do want to go? When you book a Private Trip you can select from any one of our pre-existing itineraries in Europe, North America, Latin America or Asia Pacific. Is it wine tasting in California or Puglia that peaks your group’s interests? What about kayaking off the coast of the San Juan Islands or perhaps Costa Rica? Your group’s Private Trip Consultant will work with you to ensure that your destination and itinerary fits your group perfectly!
  
  

• Your Dates. Are your vacation dates flexible or do you have a specific time in mind? When you select a pre-existing itinerary you have the choice of either taking one of our current departure dates or creating a new one. It’s your vacation, you decide!

Step 2—Confirmations

Once all of the niceties have been established, your group’s Private Trip Consultant will draft and send your group’s trip organizer a Private Trip Contract, which summarizes all of your trip details. Once you’ve signed and returned this contract to your Private Trip Consultant and your initial trip deposit is paid, your Private Trip is confirmed.

As your trip of a lifetime approaches, your group’s Private Trip Consultant will send you regular updates to ensure that your group is fully booked and ready to go.
