Booking your Non-Private Trip is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

Step 1—Give Us Your Details

• Pull together your crew!
  Once you have a group of six to eighteen individuals (for more than eighteen, see our Private Group options) who would like to join one of our scheduled Trek Travel vacations, you have a Non-Private Group and are eligible for Non-Private Group Discounting. The more people in your group, the greater the discount.
  
  
• Pick a place and date.
  Is it fall in Provence or spring in California? Together with your group members, decide which destinations pique your interest and which dates best suit everyone’s schedule. Select from any one of our scheduled departure dates in Europe, North America, Latin America or Asia Pacific.

Step 2—Call and Confirm

Our Trip Consultant will review your details, and confirm which of the destinations and dates you’ve selected can accommodate your group. They will ensure that the destination you choose is the perfect fit for everyone. Once each member of your group has paid their initial deposit your Non-Private Group trip is confirmed.
